Powered by an upgraded Arm Cortex-A53 quad-core processor running at 1.4 GHz, it delivers a significant boost in computing capability, ensuring faster logic execution, smoother motion control, and higher overall system efficiency.
The controller features a high-speed LVDS-based K-bus backplane with a communication rate of 100 Mbps, enabling reliable and real-time data exchange while supporting up to 16 expansion modules. This architecture ensures excellent scalability for growing automation systems.
Designed with space efficiency in mind, the system adopts a compact modular structure. Slim 12 mm (16-pin) expansion modules and a 54 mm CPU integrate rich onboard interfaces, including 8 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs, RS485, dual Ethernet ports, dual expansion ports, EtherCAT, and a Type-C interface, providing extensive connectivity within a minimal footprint.
For advanced automation applications, the controller supports up to 32-axis EtherCAT synchronized motion control, with a typical synchronization cycle of 1 ms for 8 axes, and advanced motion functions such as electronic cam (E-Cam), ensuring high precision and smooth multi-axis coordination.
Built on the CoDeSys platform, the controller offers a user-friendly programming environment with six standard programming methods, allowing engineers to develop, debug, and maintain applications efficiently while reducing learning and deployment time.
