This high-performance remote I/O coupler is designed to meet the demands of modern industrial automation systems. Equipped with an upgraded LVDS + FPGA architecture, it delivers high-speed data transmission with communication rates of up to 100 Mbps, ensuring microsecond-level I/O response for fast and precise control applications.
The coupler backplane adopts the same proven solution as the AK8X0 series PLC backplane, enabling seamless I/O module interface reuse. This design significantly reduces system integration time and improves compatibility across existing installations.
With rich expansion capability, a single coupler can support up to 16 expansion modules, allowing a maximum of 256 I/O points. This large capacity makes it ideal for complex systems that require flexible and scalable I/O configurations.
Supporting multiple industrial communication protocols, including EtherCAT and CANopen, the remote I/O system can be easily integrated into a wide range of automation networks, meeting diverse application requirements across industries.
